Carolina Medical Lab has a team of billing service representatives who are available to assist both patients and clients. The Carolina Medical Lab billing department is available to answer billing related questions from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You may reach the billing department by dialing 800.9.MEDLAB or 704.598.8818 and then dialing extension 1.
